Family Visa

You can join your family member's in Australia, under various categories of Family Visa Class. Your Children, Parents and other family members, who are Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia have to sponsor you under Family Visa stream.

Partner migration
This visa entitles you to migrate to Australia as the spouse, prospective spouse (fiancée)) or interdependent partner of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. This visa can also be lodged on-shore in Australia, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements.

Child Migration
This visa entitles you to migrate to Australia as the dependent child, orphan relative or adopted child of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. This visa can also be lodged on-shore in Australia, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements.

Parent Migration
This visa entitles you to migrate to Australia as Parents if you have a child in Australia who is an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. You have to pass the balance of family test to be eligible for this visa class. This visa can also be lodged on-shore in Australia, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements.

Other Family' Migration
This visa entitles you to migrate to Australia as aged dependent relatives, remaining relatives and carers of Australian citizens, permanent residents of Australia and eligible New Zealand citizens to apply for visas to come to Australia permanently. This visa can also be lodged on-shore in Australia, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements.
