This is a point tested category, and is particularly suitable for prospective applicants with Skills in the selected list of occupations as per the Skilled Occupation on Demand List. This category is also suitable for applicant with no relative in Australia, although additional points are allocated for relatives in Australia who are either Citizens or Permanent Residents of Australia.

Some of the Basic Requirements under this category of Visa Class are:

• Applicant must be below 45 Years
• Skills of the applicant are assessed by Relevant Skill Assessing Authority in Australia
• Applicant has Competent English
• Applicant meets the Australian health and Character requirements
• Applicant achieves the pool or Pass Mark at the time of application.
